You will build authentic client relationships, leverage loyalty programs, and host appointments to create a best-in-class styling experience while staying informed about local trends and events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Previous experience in one-to-one clienteling.
• Thrive in a results-driven environment.
• Passionately support our brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay up to date with fashion trends.
• Exhibit teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to bend, reach, and lift at least 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Excel in the incentive-based styling program by meeting SPH and KPI goals.
• Be the brand ambassador and product expert, building incremental sales through wardrobing.
• Utilize in-store relationships, customer profiles, and the loyalty program to attract and retain clients.
• Build meaningful relationships through authentic, personalized interactions and clienteling.
• Deliver a best-in-class styling experience per our selling training.
• Know your store’s neighborhood; events, local influencers and style-makers.
• Identify and host appointments and in-store events through community networking and marketing.
• Stay informed about competitors, current trends, and local community interests.
• Share product feedback with management.
