Job summary

Regis Corporation’s Stylist-In-Training role is based in Mentor, OH, within the Cost Cutters/Holiday Hair/Supercuts family. You will support salon operations, assist with front desk tasks, and help create a welcoming, professional atmosphere for clients.

Qualifications

• Graduated, or 90 days or less away from graduating from cosmetology school.
• Must maintain a valid cosmetology or barber license (or 90 days or less from graduating).
• All Stylists-in-Training are required to complete assigned training as determined by Regis.
• Hair Stylist Academy certificate (for SC Stylists-in-Training) is required.

Responsibilities

• Complete all required administrative tasks (e.g., closing a ticket on the POS system and scheduling appointments).
• Participate in local marketing initiatives including coupons, seasonal programs, and client events.
• Provide excellent customer service and build client loyalty.
• Communicate positively with clients, team members, leaders, and support teams.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards set by Regis.
• Maintain flexible shifts, including potential nights and weekends.
• Attend all required technical training sessions and follow company procedures.
