Regis Corporation’s Stylist-In-Training program invites you to learn salon operations and leadership while supporting stylists and guests. You’ll assist with front desk, administrative duties, and retail sales, helping create a welcoming, professional atmosphere.

This role is a stepping stone to becoming a licensed professional behind the chair. Based at a Regis salon (Supercuts, Holiday Hair, or Cost Cutters) in Mentor, OH, you’ll gain hands-on experience, participate in training, and build

Qualifications

• Needs to be within 90 days of cosmetology school graduation.
• Must maintain a valid cosmetology or barber license (or be within 90 days of graduating).
• All Stylists-in-Training must participate in Regis Hair Stylist Academy training.

Responsibilities

• Assist with front desk and administrative duties to support salon operations.
• Sell retail products and participate in approved local marketing initiatives.
• Provide excellent customer service and build client loyalty.
• Communicate positively with clients, team members, leaders and support teams.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards set by Regis.
• Maintain flexible scheduling, including potential night and weekend shifts.
• Attend required technical training sessions.
• Follow Regis policies and salon procedures.
