REGIS CORPORATION seeks a Stylist-In-Training to join a salon team and build toward a licensed professional role. You will support front desk, assist with operations, and learn salon management while preparing to chair client service behind the chair.

Qualifications

• Graduated or within 90 days of graduation from cosmetology school.
• Must maintain a valid cosmetology or barber license (or be within 90 days of graduating).
• Completion of Hair Stylist Academy program for Supercuts Stylists-in-Training.

Responsibilities

• Complete required administrative tasks (closing a ticket and scheduling) promptly.
• Participate in local marketing initiatives and client appreciation events.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build client loyalty.
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and leadership.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards and maintain flexible shifts.
• Attend required technical training sessions and follow salon procedures.
