Regis Corporation is seeking a Stylist-In-Training in Uniontown, OH. This role supports the salon team with front desk and administrative tasks while learning salon operations and guest services.

You’ll gain exposure to marketing initiatives, customer service excellence, and team collaboration. As you progress, you’ll prepare for a future behind the chair as a licensed professional, with training through Regis programs and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated or be within 90 days of graduating from cosmetology school.
• Must maintain a valid cosmetology or barber license.
• All Stylists-in-Training must participate in the Hair Stylist Academy program and receive a certificate.

Responsibilities

• Complete all required administrative tasks and scheduling.
• Participate in local marketing initiatives including coupons and client events.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build client loyalty.
• Communicate positively with clients, team members, and corporate support.
• Meet productivity standards and maintain flexible shifts (including nights/weekends).
• Attend required training sessions and follow Regis policies.
