• Delivering exceptional customer service

• Observing and learning from experienced stylists and managers

• Handling basic salon duties such as answering phones, stocking, and cleaning

Potential for promotion to a licensed stylist upon meeting licensing requirements and demonstrating Regis values of honesty, accountability, integrity, and respect. Qualifications include graduating from an accredited cosmetology school and obtaining the necessary license(s) within 90 days, along with good interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work flexible hours.
