Job summary

Regis Corporate is seeking a Stylist in Training at our Rapid City salon. This temporary 90-day role provides hands-on learning in all aspects of customer service and salon operations while you complete Cosmetology School training and work toward licensure.

You’ll greet customers, assist with daily salon duties, and observe experienced stylists to learn how to grow the business and manage expenses. The program can lead to a promotion to stylist once you’re licensed, pending successful

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited cosmetology program and obtain licensure within 90 days of hire.
• Strong communication with customers, coworkers, and management.
• Tech-savvy to use POS systems and enter data.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and answer phones, representing the salon professionally.
• Assist in daily salon operations and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
