Job summary

Regis Corporation invites motivated individuals to join as a Stylist in Training for a 90-day program. You will learn the business, assist stylists, and deliver high-quality customer service while completing Cosmetology School training and licensing in your state.

Gaining hands-on experience, you will greet customers, answer phones, keep the salon clean, and follow safety standards as you pursue promotion to stylist after licensure.

Qualifications

• Must graduate from an accredited cosmetology school and obtain the state license within 90 days.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with customers, coworkers and management.
• Ability to use point-of-sale systems and enter data accurately.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver exceptional customer service across channels.
• Learn the business while supporting stylists and managers to grow the salon.
• Keep the salon clean and maintain safety standards.
• Assist in promoting promotion-ready licensing and internal advancement opportunities.
