Qualifications

• Must graduate from an accredited cosmetology school and obtain the license(s) within or before 90 days of hire-date.

• Professional and courteous communication with customers, co-workers, and management.
• Computer knowledge including POS systems and data entry.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Market and grow the business.
• Observe other stylists and managers and ask questions.

• Control expenses.
• Promote and sell services and retail products.
• Answer phones, stock and dust shelves, and sweep hair.
• Complete all other duties as assigned by manager.
