You will provide styling guidance, build product knowledge, and manage client relationships, capturing data for follow-up on events and inquiries. The role requires teamwork and maintaining an organized sales floor and stockroom while adhering to company policies.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in retail, sales or related customer-service role.
• Proven ability to generate sales and build client relationships.
• Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and time-management skills.
• Proficient with POS systems and MS Office.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals and KPIs.
• Provide welcoming client experience, offer styling guidance, and build product knowledge.
