Job summary

Brobston Group at Woodbury Common Premium Outlets is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional client service, blend styling expertise with product knowledge, and drive store sales. You will build client relationships, capture information for repeat business, and maintain a welcoming, organized sales floor.

You will collaborate with colleagues to uphold company standards and policies, while providing a premium shopping experience. This role may require evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or a related customer-service role.
• Experience generating sales and developing client relationships.
• Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and time-management skills.
• Experience with POS and office software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals and KPIs.
• Provide elevated client experience through styling advice, product knowledge, and follow-up.
• Build client relationships and capture client information to encourage repeat business.
• Keep the sales floor and stockroom organized and store-ready.
