LOFT is seeking a Sales Associate to connect with customers, offering personalized styling while keeping the store visually appealing and organized. You will guide shoppers through their journey, aligning recommendations with brand standards and available promotions.

You’ll collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional, guest-centric service and maintain a welcoming omnichannel experience, including POS interactions and seamless transitions across channels.
