Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Sales Associate to be the brand ambassador on the sales floor. You’ll create authentic connections with customers, offer personalized styling recommendations, and help keep the store beautiful and well-organized.

You will collaborate with the team to deliver memorable shopping experiences, use tools for omnichannel service, and bring a hospitality mindset with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred).
• Brings a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
