Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Sales Associate to be the brand ambassador in store. You will connect with customers, offer personalized styling recommendations, keep merchandise neatly organized, and help create welcoming experiences on the sales floor.

You will collaborate with store leaders to meet goals, use technology and POS systems to support omnichannel shopping, and bring a hospitality mindset to every interaction. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
