Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to assist guests in finding products and delivering an engaging in-store experience. You will help maintain attractive, correctly priced displays and support the guest journey from entry to checkout.

You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, contributing to merchandising, price changes, stock replenishment, and guest interactions with a focus on safety and excellent service.

Qualifications

• Guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest first culture across the store.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, pricing, promotions, and basic visual merchandising.
• Ability to communicate clearly and assist guests with product needs and questions.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards and signage.
• Understand sales trends and inventory to support replenishment and guest needs.
• Sort freight, stock shelves, and ensure correct pricing and labeling on the sales floor.
• Set up and maintain visual merchandising guides to enhance guest experience and sales.
• Assist with fitting rooms and guest services tasks as needed.
