Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology.
• Effective communication skills.
• Work both independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards and signing.
• Understand sales, inventory ownership, and use to support guest needs.
• Sort truck freight and replenish merchandise on the sales floor.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience.
• Maintain product availability and execute priority fills to keep the floor stocked.
• Maintain backroom organization and assist replenishment and guest requests.
