Job summary

Target is hiring a Style Consultant to enhance guest experiences through strong operations, visual merchandising, and friendly service. You will help guests on the sales floor and in fitting rooms, keep floors stocked and signed, and support price changes and backroom organization.

Ideal candidates enjoy fast-paced environments, thrive with teamwork, and can adapt to varying shifts including nights and weekends. Training is provided to build product knowledge and guest-ready presentation.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
• Effective communication skills.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly.
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Drive guest experience by meeting guests where they are and maintaining a guest-first culture.
• Set, price, and present merchandise to support a compelling store presentation.
• Assist guests on the sales floor and in the fitting room with a friendly, helpful approach.
• Maintain backroom and floor readiness through accurate replenishment and merchandising.
