Target in Omaha, NE is hiring a Style Consultant to help guests discover style through welcoming service on the sales floor and in the fitting room. You will support visual merchandising, keep the floor ready, and assist guests with product selection and checkout.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate scanners.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a guest ready floor by executing visual standards and signing.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory, and guest needs.
• Sort truck freight and place merchandise on the salesfloor.
• Set visual presentations to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability with priority fills and merchandising.
