Job summary

Target is looking for a Style Consultant to help guests on the sales floor and in the fitting rooms. You will maintain a visually appealing, well-stocked floor and support guest needs with friendly service and product knowledge.

You will work in a fast-paced, active retail environment with flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Training will equip you to handle merchandise, pricing, and guest interactions confidently.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products
• Welcoming attitude toward guests and team members
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and use handheld scanners
• Effective communication skills

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a guest ready floor by executing visual standards and signing.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and guest needs.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the salesfloor, and locate merchandise in backroom.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience.
• Maintain product availability and a full floorpad by prioritizing fills.
• Execute backroom organization and replenishment to support guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to keep an inspiring shop.
• Support price changes and signing execution while maintaining store standards.
