Qualifications

• Strong guest service fundamentals and a friendly, helpful attitude across the store.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach and lift up to 44 pounds as needed.
• Comfort with handheld scanners and store technology as directed.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and keep a guest-ready floor by maintaining visual standards and pricing.
• Understand sales trends and assist guests with product selection and promotions.
• Sort freight, stock shelves, and locate merchandise to meet business needs.
• Maintain fitting rooms and backroom organization to support replenishment.
• Support guest services like checkout backup and order pickup as needed.
