Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to help guests on the sales floor and in fitting rooms, delivering a welcoming shopping experience. You will ensure the floor is stocked, correctly priced, and easy to navigate, enabling quick guest discovery of the right products.

You will build guest relationships, support merchandising and daily store goals, and work safely in a fast-paced environment while remaining flexible for peak times.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by upholding visual standards.
• Assist guests on the sales floor and in fitting rooms with a helpful attitude.
• Sort freight, replenish stock, and maintain accurate pricing and signage.
• Support store operations including cashier duties, pickup, and drive-up as needed.
• Maintain safety, compliance, and friendly guest interactions throughout shifts.
