Job summary

Target is hiring a Style Consultant to help guests find fashion that fits their needs and to keep the sales floor inviting and well-organized. You will assist guests on the floor and in the fitting room, maintain visual merchandising standards, and support replenishment and checkout duties as needed.

The role requires strong communication, a welcoming attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners.
• Effective communication skills.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly.
• Capable of remaining focused in a fast-paced environment and multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor with visual standards and signage.
• Use store tools to monitor sales and inventory and assist guests accordingly.
• Sort freight and move merchandise to the sales floor and backroom as needed.
• Set up visual merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and floor coverage through priority and manual fills.
• Support backroom organization and replenishment to meet guest needs.
