Job summary

H&M is seeking a Sales Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service and actively sell our fashion products in-store. You will guide customers through styling trends, maintain product presentation, and support loyalty and sustainability initiatives.

You will work with the team to ensure a clean, organized sales floor, handle garment care, and participate in opening/closing duties as needed. Prior retail experience is preferred, with a passion for fashion and customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in fashion retail or customer service.
• Ability to promote products and drive sales.
• Willingness to engage customers and deliver excellent service.
• Ability to follow store procedures and work well in a team.
• Familiar with omni-channel experiences where available.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store.
• Promote and sell products to customers.
• Promote the Hello Member loyalty app and in-store sustainability initiatives.
• Maintain attractive merchandise displays and keep the sales floor neat and organized.
• Assist with opening and closing the store and support stock replenishment.
