Job summary

Target Bangor is seeking a Style Consultant to welcome guests, maintain a visually compelling floor, and assist with merchandising and stock management. You will help guests find products, answer questions, and keep the fitting room and sales floor organized to deliver an outstanding shopping experience.

The role requires good communication, a friendly attitude, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong guest service skills with a welcoming attitude.
• Ability to interpret visual merchandising standards.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards and signing.
• Maintain floor stock, set up displays, and price products accurately.
• Assist guests on the sales floor and in fitting rooms with a helpful, friendly approach.
• Sort freight, push merchandise to the floor, and keep the backroom organized.
• Support checkout as needed and help with inventory tasks throughout the shift.
