Target is seeking a Style Consultant in Albuquerque to deliver an exceptional guest experience on the sales floor and in fitting rooms. You will help guests find the right products, keep presentations up-to-date, and support daily operations to ensure a welcoming store environment.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, teamwork, and the ability to adapt to a busy, physically active retail setting. Training is provided, and a flexible schedule is expected to cover peak shopping times.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or guest assistance is essential.
• Ability to communicate clearly and assist guests efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and keep the floor ready with visual standards and signage.
• Use store tools to understand sales and inventory and assist guests accordingly.
• Move freight to the floor and locate merchandise in the backroom as needed.
• Maintain floor visibility and product availability through priority fills and merchandising.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and pickup/delivery duties.
