Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to engage guests, provide friendly service, and support on-floor operations including fitting rooms and merchandise presentation. You will help guests discover fashion options, maintain displays, price signage, and ensure a welcoming store environment.

You should enjoy fast-paced work, physical tasks such as lifting up to 15 pounds, and working flexible shifts including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
• Effective communication skills.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly.
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a guest ready floor by executing visual standards and signing.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and assist guests.
• Sort truck freight and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills and merchandising to capacity.
