Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to support guests with clothing and accessory needs, maintain an attractive and organized selling floor, and provide exceptional service. You will assist guests on the sales floor and in the fitting room, ensuring product availability and accurate signage while staying knowledgeable about assortment.

Responsibilities include executing visual standards, replenishing stock, and partnering with team members to support guest needs throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering a welcoming guest experience and assisting the guest on the sales floor and fitting room.
• Ability to communicate clearly, resolve guest questions, and operate store technology.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by following visual standards and pricing.
• Sort freight, move merchandise to the sales floor, and replenish as needed.
• Set up visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain backroom organization and complete replenishment tasks as business needs require.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
