Job summary

Target in San Jose, CA is seeking a Style Consultant to bring energy of style to life on the sales floor and in fitting rooms. You will support guest services, ensure visual presentations are current, and help guests discover products quickly and easily.

Ideal candidates enjoy helping others, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can adapt to varying temperatures while staying mobile during shifts; training provided to learn visual merchandising and checkout support.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology.
• Effective communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of working in varying temperatures and environments.
• Must be mobile for the duration of shift.

Responsibilities

• Set visual presentations & visual merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Remerchandise presentations to deliver an inspiring shopping experience for guests.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup and Drive-Up while maintaining compliance.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests throughout daily tasks.
• Perform other duties as needed based on business needs.
