Target is seeking a Style Consultant to help guests discover the joy of everyday life through strong operations and exceptional guest experiences on the sales floor and in the fitting rooms.

You will set up visual presentations, price signs, and maintain product availability while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The role requires flexibility for varied hours, including nights and weekends, and adherence to safety and store policies.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and keep a guest-ready floor with visual standards and signing.
• Understand sales and inventory trends to support guest needs.
• Set and price the floor according to what is important to the guest.
• Maintain fitting rooms and ensure merchandise is available on the sales floor.
