Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to help guests on the sales floor and in the fitting room, ensuring the floor is stocked, accurately priced, and presented with on-brand visuals. You will support merchandising and guest services to create a welcoming, efficient shopping experience.

The role requires a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, a welcoming attitude, and strong teamwork. Training will cover guest service fundamentals, pricing, promotions, and product presentation to help

Qualifications

• Experience delivering a guest-first culture in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong understanding of store operations, pricing, and promotions.
• Ability to set up and maintain in-store visual merchandising and signage.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards and promotional signing.
• Use store tools to understand sales and inventory and assist guests accordingly.
• Sort truck freight and push freight to the sales floor as needed.
• Set visual presentations and follow visual merchandising guides to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by prioritizing fills and merchandising to capacity.
• Assist with backroom organization and replenishment to support guest needs.
