Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain a well-presented, fully stocked sales floor. You will participate in merchandising, assist guests with apparel needs, and support store operations including fitting rooms and checkout activities.

The role requires energy for a fast-paced environment, willingness to work varied shifts, and a passion for apparel and customer service.

Qualifications

• Guest service experience and a guest-first attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical role with teamwork and problem solving.
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and keep a guest-ready floor by following visual standards.
• Use store tools to understand sales and inventory needs.
• Sort freight and stock merchandise to the floor or backroom.
• Maintain visual merchandising guides and product availability.
• Assist guests on the sales floor and in the fitting rooms.
• Support cashiering, order pickup, and Drive-Up duties as needed.
