Job summary

Target in Louisville, KY is seeking a Style Consultant to welcome guests, manage the sales floor, and deliver inspiring visual merchandising. You will help guests find products, keep shelves stocked, and maintain fitting rooms with a friendly, helpful attitude.

Ideal candidates enjoy teamwork, fast-paced environments, and flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays. Training is provided to develop product knowledge and guest service skills.

Qualifications

• Our guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest first culture across the store.
• Retail basics including department sales trends, inventory management and promotions.
• Strong communication and teamwork to meet guest needs quickly.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a guest ready floor by executing visual standards and signage.
• Understand sales and inventory to support guest needs and replenishment.
• Sort freight, push freight to the floor, and locate merchandise in backrooms.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience.
• Maintain product availability and full floor with priority fills.
• Backroom organization and replenishment to support guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell to inspire shoppers.
• Support price changes with signage and signing execution.
• Maintain fitting rooms as a welcoming space for guests.
• Assist with fulfillment and guest requests throughout the day.
• Uphold safety, ethics, and compliance in all duties.
• Support Drive-Up and order pickup operations as needed.
