• Drive sales and keep a guest-ready floor with visual standards.
• Understand sales data and inventory to assist guests.
• Move merchandise from truck to floor to meet business needs.
• Set visual merchandising guides to support guest experience.
• Maintain floor availability and full stock.
• Backroom organization and replenishment support.
• Remerchandise presentations to inspire shopping.
• Support price changes and signing.
• Maintain fitting rooms and assist guests.
• Assist with back-end duties like order pickup and Drive-Up.
• Adhere to safety and ethical conduct.
• Work safely and report hazards.
• Greet guests and respond to needs.
• All other duties as needed.
