Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to help guests on the sales floor and in the fitting rooms, ensuring the floor is full, correctly priced, and visually appealing to inspire self-discovery. You will learn our style standards and store procedures while delivering a high-energy guest experience.

You will support guest services, stock, merchandising, and backroom organization, while maintaining safety and a customer-first attitude. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service and retail operations is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by maintaining a guest-ready floor and attractive visual merchandising.
• Support stock, backroom organization, and replenishment to keep floors full.
• Assist guests in fitting rooms and on the sales floor, delivering a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain safety, comply with policies, and uphold ethical conduct at all times.
