Target is hiring a Style Consultant. You will help guests on the sales floor and in fitting rooms, maintaining visual displays and product availability. The job emphasizes guest service, teamwork, and flexible scheduling in a fast‑paced retail environment.

As part of the role, you’ll work with handheld scanners, POS systems, and store tools to support sales and replenishment while delivering an engaging shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards and signing.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory, and guest needs.
• Sort freight and push merchandise to the sales floor.
• Set visual presentations to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and full floor presence.
• Support backroom organization and replenishment.
• Remerchandise presentations to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Assist with price changes and clearance signing.
• Maintain fitting rooms to welcome and assist guests.
• Support guest services like checkout and pickup options.
