You will help ensure floor readiness, process shipments, and assist guests with product discovery while maintaining safety and policy compliance. This role requires a flexible schedule and a customer-first attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service and supporting a guest-first culture.
• Ability to operate store tools and handheld scanners.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor with visual standards and signing.
• Track inventory and assist guests with product knowledge and locations.
• Assist in freight handling, replenishment, and backroom organization.
• Support fitting rooms and guest services like OPU and Drive-Up.
• Maintain safety, compliance, and a welcoming shopping experience.
