Responsibilities

• Our guest service fundamentals support a guest-first culture across the store.
• Manage department sales trends, inventory, guest shopping patterns, pricing and promotions; basic visual merchandising.
• Stay knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests.
• Set, fill, and price the floor according to guest priorities.
• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards and signing.
• Use store tools to understand sales and inventory and support guest needs.
• Remerchandise and manage backroom organization to support replenishment and guest requests.
