Job summary

Target in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Style Consultant to help guests on the sales floor and in the fitting room, ensuring the floor is stocked, priced, and presented to support a seamless shopping experience.

You will engage guests, support backroom organization, merchandising, and checkout assistance, with an emphasis on guest service, teamwork, and flexibility in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and keep a guest-ready floor by applying visual standards and accurate signage.
• Understand sales data and inventory basics to assist guests.
• Sort freight and locate merchandise in the backroom according to business needs.
• Set and maintain visual merchandising guides to support guest experience.
• Maintain product availability through priority fills and merchandising.
• Support backroom organization, replenishment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Assist with price changes and clearance merchandising.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome and assist guests.
