Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to help guests discover fashion with strong operations, visual merchandising, and guest service on the sales floor and in fitting rooms. You will ensure the floor is stocked, priced correctly, and welcoming, while delivering a high-energy shopping experience across shifts and peak times.

This role emphasizes guest interaction, teamwork, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic store environment with opportunities to learn retail fundamentals and styling

Qualifications

• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate effectively and use store tech and handheld scanners as directed.
• Experience supporting a guest-first culture in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor with visual standards and signage.
• Understand sales data and inventory to assist guests and meet needs.
• Move freight to the salesfloor and locate merchandise per business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and high floor coverage through priority and merchandising fills.
• Keep backroom organized to support replenishment and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price changes and signage accuracy for promotions.
• Assist with fitting rooms to welcome and help guests.
• Support guest services like pick-up, Drive-Up, and cashier back-up.
