Target in Woodbury, MN is seeking a Style Consultant to help guests find the right apparel and create a welcoming in-store experience. You will keep the floor stocked, priced, and presented per visual standards, assist guests on the floor and in the fitting room, and contribute to a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment as directed.
• Effective communication skills.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly.
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a guest ready floor by executing visual standards, signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings.
• Sort truck freight and push freight to the salesfloor to meet business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing replenishment tasks.
