Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales and inventory and assist guests.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills and merchandising to capacity.
• Execute backroom organization to support replenishment and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through.
• Support price change processes by executing signage.
• Maintain and use the fitting rooms to welcome and assist guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by moving items between backroom and salesfloor.
• Demonstrate safety and compliance in all duties.
• Assist with back-up cashier, order pickup and Drive-up duties.
• Greet guests and engage to help solve specific needs.
