Job summary

Target Minnetonka is seeking a Style Consultant to join our team. You’ll help guests on the sales floor and in the fitting room, ensuring the floor is stocked, priced, and presented to showcase current styles and promotions.

You’ll contribute to a welcoming guest experience with strong operations, while handling responsibilities with accuracy and care in a busy retail setting. Training will support your growth in fashion, customer service, and store procedures.

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.

Responsibilities

• Support guest service fundamentals and guest-first culture on the sales floor.
• Understand department sales trends, inventory and pricing basics to assist guests.
• Keep floor ready with properly priced and signed merchandise.
• Drive sales by maintaining visual standards and updated product signage.
• Assist guests with fitting room needs and merchandise location.
