Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to join our store team in Redmond. You will help guests on the floor and in the fitting room, ensuring a welcoming environment and a well-organized, appealing sales floor.

You will participate in visual merchandising, price changes, and restocking to deliver an inspiring shopping experience while maintaining customer service excellence and collaboration with team members.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate scanners.
• Effective communication skills.
• Work independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by following visual standards and pricing.
• Use store tools to understand sales and inventory and assist guests.
• Sort freight and replenish on the salesfloor and backroom as needed.
• Maintain visual merchandising guides and floor plans to enhance guest experience.
• Ensure product availability and a fully stocked floor through priority and manual fills.
