Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to greet guests, support a guest-first culture on the sales floor, and help with visual merchandising and fittings. You’ll be welcoming, helpful, and ready to assist customers across departments.

You’ll drive sales by maintaining a ready floor, restocking, and executing signing and visual standards. This role requires flexible hours, safety awareness, and teamwork to deliver an inviting shopping experience that reflects Target’s values.

Qualifications

• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for guest interactions.
• Ability to use handheld scanners and technology as directed.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Interest in apparel and keeping up with trends and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by upholding visual standards and signing.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales and inventory, assisting guests as needed.
• Sort and stock freight to the floor; locate merchandise according to business needs.
• Set visuals and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain fitting rooms and assist guests to create a welcoming shopping environment.
