Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to greet guests, support a guest-first culture, and keep the floor stocked with the right products and pricing. You will contribute to compelling visual merchandising and assist guests on the sales floor and in the fitting room.

Daily responsibilities include driving sales, maintaining inventory accuracy, setting up floor displays, and ensuring safety and compliance while providing an excellent guest experience during fast-paced shifts.

Qualifications

• Guest service orientation and ability to engage with guests
• Strong communication and teamwork
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including nights and weekends
• Ability to navigate a fast-paced retail environment
• Willingness to learn visual merchandising and store procedures

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor with proper pricing and signage
• Assist guests on the sales floor and in the fitting room
• Sort freight, stock merchandise, and support replenishment
• Set up and maintain visual merchandising guides and floor presentations
• Ensure product availability and perform priority fills to meet guest needs
• Support backroom organization and merchandise flow for replenishment
• Help with price changes and promotions as directed
• Maintain clean, safe, and compliant work environment
• Provide welcoming guest interactions and assist with service requests
