Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to welcome guests, assist on the sales floor and in fitting rooms with energetic in-store presentations. You will help drive sales by maintaining a guest-ready floor, stocking, pricing and signing according to visual standards, and staying informed on assortment and brands.

On a typical day you will set up displays, support price changes, assist with backroom organization, and ensure safety and compliance while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to use handheld scanners and store tech as directed.
• Effective communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and keep a guest-ready floor with visual standards and signing.
• Use store tools to understand sales and inventory to assist guests.
• Sort freight, push stock to floors, and locate merchandise as needed.
• Set and maintain visual merchandising guides to enhance guest experience.
• Keep product availability high with priority and full-floor fills.
• Maintain backroom organization and support replenishment and guest requests.
• Remerchandise displays to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Assist with price changes and signing during promotions.
