Job summary

Target is hiring a Style Consultant in Cincinnati to provide an inviting guest experience on the sales floor and in the fitting room. You will help maintain visual standards, price accuracy, and product availability while assisting guests with questions and purchases.

The role emphasizes strong operations, guest service, and teamwork, with a flexible schedule that may include nights and weekends. Training is provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
• Effective communication skills.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly.
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a guest ready floor by executing visual standards and signing.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the salesfloor, and locate merchandise in the backroom.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills and merchandising to capacity.
• Maintain and use the fitting rooms to welcome and assist guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by ensuring merchandise from fitting rooms is returned to the salesfloor.
