Job summary

Target is seeking a Style Consultant to provide an outstanding guest experience on the sales floor and in the fitting rooms. You will help maintain floor readiness, assist guests with product selection, and support visual merchandising standards throughout shifts.

This fast-paced role requires teamwork, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem solving, including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong guest service fundamentals and a guest-first attitude.
• Experience supporting store operations and merchandising standards.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor with visual standards and signage.
• Assist guests on the sales floor and in fitting rooms with knowledge of assortment.
• Sort freight to the floor and locate merchandise in backroom areas as needed.
• Maintain floor readability with accurate pricing and signage.
• Support cashiering, backroom duties, and guest requests while upholding safety.
