Target is seeking a Style Consultant to welcome guests on the sales floor and in the fitting rooms, delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will help maintain floor presentation, price accuracy, and availability while supporting visual merchandising and promotions.

A fast-paced, team-oriented role with flexible hours, including nights and weekends, is offered. Training provided to develop styling and guest service skills in stores across the region.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service and store operations.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests on the sales floor and in the fitting room.
• Drive sales through in-store presentation and signing.
• Maintain floor readiness with accurate pricing and signing.
• Support backroom organization and restocking.
