The role emphasizes guest service, teamwork, and adaptability with a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends. Training will cover store standards and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing retail environments is a plus.
• Ability to greet guests, assist with needs, and maintain a cheerful attitude.
• Comfort with scanners and store technology is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and keep a guest-ready floor by following visual standards and signage.
• Monitor assortment, pricing, and promotions to assist guest needs.
• Sort freight, push freight to the floor, and locate merchandise in backroom.
• Maintain visual presentations and merchandising guides for guests.
• Keep product availability high and floors replenished to capacity.
• Support backroom organization and replenishment to satisfy guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Assist with price changes and signing when needed.
• Maintain fitting rooms as a welcoming space for guests.
